Mumbai: Bollywood actress Parineeti Chopra will play the female protagonist opposite Akshay Kumar in an unnamed film about a real-life hero and his courage in a coal mine rescue mission. After the 2019 war film ‘Kesari,’ Akshay and Parineeti are reunited in this film.

Parineeti posted to social media with a selfie of herself and Akshay Kumar, captioned “We are back.”
The film tells the tale of Jaswant Gill, a principal mining engineer who rescued people trapped within a coal mine. Tinu Suresh Desai, who earlier directed Akshay in ‘Rustom’ under the banner Pooja Entertainment, is directing the movie.
The production firm has set aside nearly 100 acres for filming, and the picture is being billed as the largest Indian film ever produced in the UK. Recently, photographs of Akshay Kumar from the fields of London and Yorkshire were released and quickly became viral.
